The food was good, I tried fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, cakes and pastries. I had deluxe room with a separate bathroom. The best possible and comfortable location was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Poppies Lane Ii.

Good location, close to everything you need, shopping center, many cafes, sea across the street.
The rooms are old, need an upgrade, but generally not bad.

The reception area was nice, and most of the staff were friendly
the room was the worse we have stayed in for a 4 star and I would call it a 2 star room. It was grubby, and dated. The bar area was also filthy, the sink had not been cleaned for ages and there were flies on all the glasses and bottles

Everything was amazing at kuta seaview boutique resort! The staff made it special with personal touches, and the beach was just a stroll away. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa offered fantastic treatments. Relaxing on our balcony with the fine sunset was nice.

We had a brilliant stay for 3 nights in a Premier Deluxe Cottage.
The whole place was reasonably clean and the staff were ever so helpful. It was good value. Its location close to Hard Rock Cafe was best possible. Tourist attractions like a main street and a cinema were walking distance to the hotel.

Loved the pool area, beautiful gardens, and cozy lounges! Enjoyed sunset drinks right across the street at the beach. The Italian restaurant was a highlight. The food was great.

I really liked the pool and restaurant area. The pool had really comfortable tanning chairs and was perfect for a tanning session after breakfast. I also liked the layout of the hotel I.e very green pathways to your room with koi fish ponds and it was always extremely clean. The included breakfast buffet was also really good. It had asian and international selections available. The hotel was also just across the street next to Kuta beach. And about a 8min walk from the nightlufe and shopping area in Jalan Legian street.
The check-in process took a while as there was only one clerk available for this. Then our seaview room we booked wasn't available for the first night, so they upgraded us to another room on the ground floor for the first night which was nice, however the inconvenience of moving was not appreciated. Our "seaview" room wasn't exactly what we imagined either. It was on the top level, but we could rarely see the sea, but at least the sunsets were beautiful and the room was much brighter than the enclosed ground room floors.
